What do you want? ;Response
During this section on P.E. 11 I chose to work on my legs and chest. Yesterday I worked on my legs, I started off skipping, I skipped for approximatley ten minutes. Then I moved to leg press, the weight was 400 and I did 15 reps and 4 sets. Then I moved to leg curl and the weight was 250 the reps were 20 and 4 set. Afterwards I moved to the stationary bike and peddled for about half an hour. Then I went to the elliptical and was on that for about fifteen minutes and then the readmil for twenty minutes. The reason I chose to work on my legs is because before grade twelve I want to be 195. I want my legs to be stronger and be able run even faster than I do right now. The reason that I chose the sets and reps I did is to get stronger and push myself to the absolute limit. After I completed my workout I found it was difficult but enjoyable. I know that everytime I work on my legs I feel much stronger. I think I might add in squats and start skipping some more. All in all this was an amazing workout and it was very beneficial.

P.E. Mid Point Self Regulation & Mark
I know I have been very successful this semester for preparing for this class. I have brought appropriate P.E. strip every time but once, I come on time all the time and I make a big effort not to be absent. I'd say on a daily basis I put my best effort into what I do. I'll be honest once in a bluemoon I dont give my all but usually I try my best and put my best foot forward. I have cotributed alot to this classes atmosphere. I get really into whatever it is I do. I get very competitive and show my love and passion for everything sport usually. I have helped lead the class when I was injured, and told the other students what to do whenthe teacher wasn't around. I've also motivated the students. I have set only one goal for this year for my fitness and that is to get my stamina at a top level. I've been running alot and i feel like im getting there and am able to run much longer distances than I was at the start of the year. One thing that ive learned about my body is that the longer you run the more lactic acid builds up in your stomach which makes it more difficult to run longer. I believe that from all this I deserve a ninty to ninty-five. If my grade is lower I would frankly be surprised but I would try much harder and I would keep a positive attitude.
