1st week

This year I decide to take P.E. 11 to get more fit than I am and to gain stamina for basketball. During the first week we did a beep test and I got 11. My goal by the end of the semester is to get 15 and feel decently alright.

  1. Big jump from 11 to 15... you're gonna have to bring it every day. No excuses... no breaks. Doable... but have to keep focused and reminded of what you want.
