Q: What did you see?
A: What I saw was the TOC getting very angry when everyone was fooling around and not being serious whatsoever. I could tell that the TOC had a long day and was very exhausted from teaching that many P.E. classes but he still came in with enthusiam and throughout all of this he had a smile on his face.
Q: What do you think your classmates saw?
A: I think Priyanka saw the class going very downhill. She didnt seem to be enjoying this paticular P.E. class that much and she noticed the violence and profanities had gotten to a whole new level but i'll be honest nobody included did anything about the curing or vile language. This P.E. class was pretty brutal. I dont blame the TOC if he never wanted to come back here again.
Q:What did the TOC see?
A: I think the TOC had very high expectations for us because we werwe the older of all the P.E. blocks. He probably expected us to be a much funner and polite class. He put us on a pedestall that we could have easily met but instead we decided to screw around. by the end of the class I think he hated all of us even the students in the class that tried their best and put effort in. In his head he probably thought about this class and as a majority decided we were all bad students.
Q:What do you think "NEUF" sees?
A: I think Neuf thinks we failed him and he expected much more from us as well as the TOC. We acted as if we were in grade seven and had no sense of manners whatsoever. We all let him down and I know he wants to get angry at us the only thing keeping him from getting angry is the hope that him talking to us in the voice that he did would smarten us up and become much more mature. All in all I think we let him down and we should be ashamed but learn from this expierence.
Q: What did you do about it? WHY!!?
A: I just sat back and fooled around too, I didnt realize that if I stepped up and took initiative people would actually listen to me. I underestimated myself and my ability. The reason i did nothing is because I felt as if I would be looked down on in one way or another and even thought I dont have that much resopect given to me I feel like I would loose the respect that has already been given to me.

What do you want? ;Response
During this section on P.E. 11 I chose to work on my legs and chest. Yesterday I worked on my legs, I started off skipping, I skipped for approximatley ten minutes. Then I moved to leg press, the weight was 400 and I did 15 reps and 4 sets. Then I moved to leg curl and the weight was 250 the reps were 20 and 4 set. Afterwards I moved to the stationary bike and peddled for about half an hour. Then I went to the elliptical and was on that for about fifteen minutes and then the readmil for twenty minutes. The reason I chose to work on my legs is because before grade twelve I want to be 195. I want my legs to be stronger and be able run even faster than I do right now. The reason that I chose the sets and reps I did is to get stronger and push myself to the absolute limit. After I completed my workout I found it was difficult but enjoyable. I know that everytime I work on my legs I feel much stronger. I think I might add in squats and start skipping some more. All in all this was an amazing workout and it was very beneficial.

P.E. Mid Point Self Regulation & Mark
I know I have been very successful this semester for preparing for this class. I have brought appropriate P.E. strip every time but once, I come on time all the time and I make a big effort not to be absent. I'd say on a daily basis I put my best effort into what I do. I'll be honest once in a bluemoon I dont give my all but usually I try my best and put my best foot forward. I have cotributed alot to this classes atmosphere. I get really into whatever it is I do. I get very competitive and show my love and passion for everything sport usually. I have helped lead the class when I was injured, and told the other students what to do whenthe teacher wasn't around. I've also motivated the students. I have set only one goal for this year for my fitness and that is to get my stamina at a top level. I've been running alot and i feel like im getting there and am able to run much longer distances than I was at the start of the year. One thing that ive learned about my body is that the longer you run the more lactic acid builds up in your stomach which makes it more difficult to run longer. I believe that from all this I deserve a ninty to ninty-five. If my grade is lower I would frankly be surprised but I would try much harder and I would keep a positive attitude.

A ... no... A++
I feel as if this physical education class has shaped me. It has changed the way I look at doing activities and working out. I love how easy it was to get into the vibe of this P.E. Class, it is much easier to have more fun and get more active because of that freedom we have and that what makes me excited for the last block of the day. I'll be honest my attendance is not the way I would want it too look but I will change that. It is all about goal setting right? I plan on being able to run very long distances after this P.E. Class is over, it will help a lot for basketball. My respect for others is very well and I also find I push myself to the absolute limit when I need too but one of my weaknesses is running, I realize now that I need to change that and make it so that even though I'm doing something I hate in the end its good for me and that's what should pursue me into doing whatever it is I would be doing. I can already feel my stamina coming back better than ever after the two month break and I love it.

Self Regulated
I feel like the AB partnership was good and I realized that I should stop talking myself out of excersizing. I know now what excuses are real and what ones I should stop coming up with for myself.

The Grind
I found the Grind challenging but satisfying. My partner and I pushed each other to reach our goals. I would like to be able to complete the Grind within 50 minutes by the end of this year.
2nd week
On the second week of PE 11 I participated in the 4k community run. I struggled with pacing myself properly. Over all this run has fantastic benefits and I cant wait to do it again. We also did a pond run which was quite easy.
1st week
This year I decide to take P.E. 11 to get more fit than I am and to gain stamina for basketball. During the first week we did a beep test and I got 11. My goal by the end of the semester is to get 15 and feel decently alright.
